Deanna L. Henshaw Deanna L. Henshaw is a paralegal at Moss & Barnett, practicing in the areas of general corporate and communications law. Deanna is involved in a variety of transactions involving communication companies with a particular focus on transactions impacting local governmental entities around the country. Her experience includes franchise renewal proceedings, competitive franchising, municipal broadband and wireless applications, right-of-way matters, tower lease reviews, ordinance drafting and related issues. She tracks the status of regulatory proceedings for firm clients including matters before state utilities commissions and the federal communications commission. Ms. Henshaw also serves as the franchise administrator for a Minneapolis area cable commission serving over 55,000 subscribers. She assists in monitoring regulatory compliance by the cable operator, updates on legislative and judicial proceedings, oversees the commission's budget and processes subscriber complaints.
